Silverstone UTC is seeking a highly organised and proactive Cover Manager to coordinate daily teaching cover and staff absences. The role includes managing cover records, liaising with staff and agencies, and supporting exam arrangements.
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can work calmly under pressure. Experience with systems such as SIMS or Go4Schools is an advantage.

Salary: SO1, starting at £34,342 FTE
