Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Silverstone UTC is seeking a dedicated LSA Academic Intervention & Behaviour Mentor to support our Year 10 and Year 11 students—especially those with special educational needs and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver targeted Maths and English interventions, mentor students using relational and restorative approaches, and help build resilience, confidence, and a love of learning. You’ll be part of a values-driven team committed to The Silverstone Way—kindness, integrity, determination, and pride.
If you’re experienced in supporting young people academically and emotionally, and ready to contribute to a holistic approach to student development, we’d love to hear from you.
💼 Salary: Scale 5, Point 12 – £27,711 FTE
🕘 Hours: 9am–4pm, term time only
