Board of Trustees

Gemma serves as Vice Chair of the Board and an elected Parent Trustee, supporting governance and parental voice.

Sally is an education professional with 35+ years’ experience, including two decades in SEND and Inclusion; she chairs Silverstone UTC’s Curriculum & Achievement Committee.

David is Principal of Aston University Engineering Academy (AUEA). A former RAF aircraft engineer turned school leader, he specialises in UTC leadership, STEM pathways and CCF programmes.

Shaun is Principal of Tresham College (part of The Bedford College Group), which also leads the National College for Motorsport at Silverstone; he brings FE leadership, skills and employer‑led curriculum expertise.

Nick is Legal & Procurement Director at Silverstone Circuits and a practising solicitor. He contributes expertise in governance, commercial contracts, procurement and risk.

Brian is Houseparent of Temple and a Teacher of Physics at Stowe School. He brings independent‑sector experience in STEM teaching and pastoral leadership.

Bryanna leads People & Culture at Silverstone Circuits, focusing on organisation design, workforce strategy and employee experience (FCIPD).

Jaysha is Head of Finance Business Partnering at the Cadillac F1 Team (previously senior finance roles at Williams Racing), with expertise in FP&A, budgeting under FIA financial regs and commercial decision support.

Angela is Principal at Silverstone UTC. 

Dr Funmi Obembe heads the School of Technology at the University of Northampton, spanning Computing, Engineering and Games. Her background covers 18+ years across tech/health informatics and academia, with interests in data science and technology‑enhanced learning.

Sam is a Finance Business Partner at Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team (ACMA, CGMA), specialising in FP&A, business partnering and performance reporting in elite motorsport.

Sarah is Principal of Ron Dearing UTC (Hull), recognised for employer‑led technical education; she advocates curriculum innovation to address STEM skills gaps.

Nicholas serves as an Appointed Parent Trustee, and is V.P. Regional Manager Europe, Asia and Africa at EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions, bringing parental and professional insight to governance.
