This, right here, is the determination and drive that we see from so many of our students here at the UTC. The F1 in Schools UK competition demands commitment and perseverance - and we have seen it in spades from all of our teams that have taken part!

What an incredible journey it’s been for our team, Silverstone Revolution Racing, at the F1 in Schools National Finals! To think that just a few months ago we were a group of individuals, and now we’ve built a brand, engineered a competitive car, and made it to the biggest stage in UK STEM Racing.

Winning best pit display was an unforgettable moment, but beyond that, the experience of working together, overcoming challenges, and pushing ourselves to the limit has been truly rewarding. The past few months have been intense, redesigning the car, refining our portfolios, perfecting our presentations, and securing sponsorships. Every late night, last-minute adjustment, and team meeting was worth it.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible: Tom Exley for his incredible pit display and graphic design, Amy Davies for building an incredible brand image for the team, Harry Wass for designing our car, Thomas Bell for bringing all our ideas to life, and Adam Okapa for his finance management. Your dedication, talent, and commitment have been the driving force behind our success. Also, a massive shout out to our lead sponsors Silverstone and DLA Town Planning Ltd, your belief in us made this journey possible. Thanks also to those at Silverstone UTC, including Mrs Murphy and Mr Hollies.
This is just the beginning. We’re taking everything we’ve learned and coming back even stronger in Pro Class next year. The sights are set on the top spot, and we can’t wait for what’s ahead!
