Celebrating an Inspiring First Careers Fair at Silverstone UTC

We are incredibly proud to reflect on the success of our first Careers Fair at Silverstone UTC, a landmark event that brought together education, industry and ambition in one inspiring day.

We were delighted to welcome around 40 exhibitors, representing universities, colleges, global engineering organisations, world-leading manufacturers, motorsport teams, STEM specialists and more. Each organisation gave their time, expertise and enthusiasm so generously, creating a vibrant and purposeful experience for our students. We are truly grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success.

Our students: confident, curious and professional

For many young people, stepping into a room filled with industry professionals can feel daunting. What stood out most was how brilliantly every single student rose to the challenge. Conversations were confident, thoughtful and mature, with students asking insightful questions and engaging meaningfully with exhibitors.

We have already received a wealth of positive feedback from employers, praising our students’ manners, professionalism, curiosity and enthusiasm for their futures. They were exceptional ambassadors for Silverstone UTC, and we could not be prouder.
