This year has paved the way for many new ways of working and has proven the adaptability of both our staff and students here at Silverstone UTC.

Our regular Remembrance Day ceremony could not go ahead as planned due to our social distancing rules and COVID-19 bubbles. However, we still wished to show and pay our respects as a whole school.

Just before 11 o'clock today we all stood in our classrooms in silence listening to readings/poetry from Mr Reeves and some students from his year 12 form group, before the last post was played and we all observed the 2 minutes silence.

UTC Poppies 2020 2
We would like to thank the students, staff, and parents who completed remembrance poppies for our display.
